Your wrong here im afraid the legal age to PLAY paintball in the UK for most sites is 12 years old, there is no age limit technically to owning a marker, although there is a general restriction to being 16 years old, although rarely enforced.
15 or not i wouldn't put a downer on him looking to play with some like minded individuals.

I think the site at congleton has a team called OTE mercs that has a couple of players your age, might be wrong though.

have a look at the uk team list and see if any of them are nearby. all teams on that list have been playing this season so should almost definately still be active.
