have you owned it since new (if yes then when did you get it)?
have you had any problems with it?
is it sill under warranty?

I got it off foot who is a tech for Vangard and plays for a team supported by them also.
I have had it since christmas but have so many markers it has not seen the light of day since setting up the trigger!
Mr foot said he would look after any repairs and i am sure he would extend this to you too?
