Hi all, recently got a second hand mini for cheap. Problem is that when you air it up. It has no leaks and eyes are working. But the bolt dos not cycle? I believe the mini is a version one. So any help would be great thanks!

Tbh not fired it with the eyes off. Will give that ago!
To your second question just be pulling the trigger and switching it on right?

Sounds like someone has "tuned" the trigger too much. There is a magnet on top of the trigger, and if you wind the set screw out too much or wind it in too much it goes past the point of being effective. In the first few minis the magnet was literally glued onto a set screw, and it was very easy to undo the set screw and force it off! (check it is still there) The later minis have the magnet physically set into a set screw, which is a much better design.
Thats my guess.
