at the end of the day mate, you have your money back repaid in full as far as i can tell. So no harm done. The seller is within his rights to refuse you the item and sell it to a higher bidder (or offer) as long as the scenario is resolved, which as far as i can tell has been refering back to rule 10.

(although i suppose i am a little biased as he owned an awesome luxe )
