You didnt offer the asking price so the seller is within the rules not to take your offer if there is a better one.

Now if you have both paid the seller needs to refund one of you. Also if you have NOT paid your fees, then good luck with getting your money back

i personally know trigger happy, and the seller has sent him a pm saying "you can have it for £70" with his paypal addy. so payed the £70 to later read this thread saying he has sold it to mike. i think if the seller doesnt sort this out the mods need to do something.

He net me a mail @ 10 sumfin am today, I work nights so carnt get on here during the day! I have paid my fees as stated! I was offered the item in pm before mike so there for I should get the item, if it does not get resolved by the seller or mods I will take further action my self as this is not acceptible
