If you read the description under the video it says it was a private party so he wasn't doing it to complete strangers.

we went to Active8 many many years ago and one of their marshal/local players did a deadmans walk on our group and took out at least 4 of us before we got him. Unfortunately for him he was our target for the rest of the day, and needless to say we took our revenge very seriously indeed. In one game we caught him in a big patch of gorse/bush and lit him up from all sides, i can still remember him squealing to this day. Just reward...
