For those who think that the paintball we play in the UK is a sport:

I don't think this has been posted up here yet. Apologies if it has...

episode 2 cant come soon enough!

the mindset to be that dedicated... amazing
Why is that mindset amazing? 5 hours of training 5 days a week? And they're paid for it? Easy life if you ask me.

would love to see training facilities like that ove here, especially the indoor stuff
But no-one would use it. Therefore it wouldn't be sustainable. How much training does the person you know who trains the most, do a day?

true, but whats to say if the facilities were there and offering midweek gametime/open training even into the evenings, plus being run at weekends in conjunction with other leagues?

facilities would also include a store, cafe. changing rooms/gym etc more like an overblown laserquest zone type place lol

the sustainability half or the how many teams half?

as to sustainability, by offering the gym/cafe and shop (which given our kind of area would stock more than just PB gear, therefore a bigger demographic)
Gym open to any health and fitness folks and the cafe providing food to suit the keep fit regimes aswell as offering the more "junky" type foods. and rather than just being a one field tournament arena, a internal woodland scene could be done aswell. all with ample public viewing which most parents miss when they take kids to play for birthdays.

ragrds teams and frequency, I know one or two teams in the UK that practice weekly or train together regularly (not just paintball though, there are other exercises etc that can be done to improve in the sport)

but hey i spend too much time thinking this through lol!!
