Okay, I'm not sure if this has already been posted so please forgive me if it has.

Anyway, as we know water is a finite resource. So how long until we run out?

Discuss.

The vast majority of water cycles so it does not get used up, it just changes state or location. e.g. rain into soil, evaporates from soil, turns into cloud rains etc. Or we drink it, we urinate, goes through treatment plant then eventually makes it back to us drinking it again.

Well because water isn't an infinite resource then there should surely be a point in time at which the water cycle ceases to 'work'.
and what would do that ? apart from when the world ends as it crashes in the sun as it goes super nova

Water evaporates into the air.
Rain drops down when rituals and sacrafices are made to the gods.
We drink that water.
We pi$$ out water (and beer) which goes back into the rivers/oceans/land and cycle begins again.

At some point you will be drinking my p1$$, or breathing it in even when the air gets misty.
