it usually depends on the marker being used, though most stores like LiPs, Just, phoenix etc will hold a selection

Or 'Buy Blitish' from Polymax, any mix of sizes for a minimum order of £10 will get you over 100 o-rings with them between 7p & 10p depending on numbers of each size you order.

You only get charged Import Duty/Tax if the item/s shipped in one package is over a certain amount. cannot remember how much, but an Oring kit is cheap enough to ship from the states without any tax being charged, unless you decide you ship dozens of kits over in one package.
