Recently I had an epiphany, I've never done anything decent for charity sure the odd donation here and there but nothing that you could say I've gone out of my way to do.

I had this epiphany while talking about someone I'd met at my god daughters christening. A friend of a friend has a little girl with a condition that means she cannot walk properly and it just killed me when I realised that she wasn't running around and playing with the other kids. More info please visit www.helpemmawalk.org

So if anyone can give me some fund raising ideas or would like to help please post up :) any thought or ideas would help

Cheers

You need to do something that is hard to do, something that takes stamina and endurance. Any clown can get their legs waxed whilst sit in a bath full of whatever. Do something that is gonna be a massive challenge that you'll be proud of doing for the rest of your life.

as cooks said, do something that is a big challenge to you.

you can do a sky dive, but having been there and done it, there is alot more worth while things to do then a skydivie as it is more of a personal enjoyment because your getting such a kick out of it.

Walking from one isle to the other or walk to moscow :) something that will make people put there hand in there pocket and sponsor you for doing something so gruelling, so challenging.

I was thinking of doing more than one thing for example like you guys have suggested something grueling then something abit more fun so a bit of everything really cos alot of money needs to be raised.

Thanks so far

Cycle from A to B, with A and B being a big bit apart. London to Paris for example. Over a set reasonable time, but not too easy. Even have the finish time at an event, to get a bit of baller support and motivation for you to arrive at said time.

Good luck with whatever you do.

Better yet, cycle to an event, with all your gear on your back, then play it the same day.

I'd definitely chip in.
