just in case anyone was wondering what i am doing to follow this up i have just sent off the trigger, a fair comment and i really am very sorry about that it has just been sitting in my spares box so didn't even think off it. Yet again i'm sorry.
i have also replied to his pm and i ma waiting on a response at which time i will update this
and for the time bwing graveyard pls mods as will be making a nes for sale thread soon with the pads and other kit

Look mate I'm not bothered about the way you sent it to me as we didn't specify a certain way, I just assumed you'd pick recorded and or insured since in one of your post you state that its going to cost a lot to send so fair enough, I'm not bothered that you forgot the trigger either we all make mistakes at the end of the day, whats bothered me is that you said it has a few minor scratches but in reality the marker is absolutly littered with scratches and dents there every where and to say that thats what I should expect from a used second hand marker is not the point the point is you stated it was in a better condition than it is to sell the marker to me. To be fair to you you did post pictures and a video but it does not show the extent of the scratches and dents nor does 'a few scrathes' come close to being a good description of the condition.
You say in your PM to me that you will ' offer no money back as you have sent what you promised' how is this the case? you told me you where sending me a marker with a few scratches but in actual fact you sent me a marker with lots of scratches and dents all over it and completly mislead me as to the actual condition of the marker.

The no refunds bit has been edited into the thread it was not there when you did the deal.

I suggest you and try and sort this out with your buyer as from looking at the thread your description does seem very misleading if coolcamels description is accurate.
camel is trying to sort this out and has not come to the mods yet so i suggest you come to an agreement before he needs to.
also editing the no refunds bit after you have sold the marker makes you look like you knew exactly what you were doing and trying to cover your arse after your buyer complained about the condition of the pm8.

Through fear of me being to mellow dramatic, I had a couple of mates over this morning and they agree the condition of the marker is not what was described in the thread so I'm happy I'm not blowing it out of proportion.
