Agreed - One of one indicates it can't be replicated by a customer.

Custom anno or milling - (ie not not normally offered by the oem) should be required for this.

My one of one E-Orracle.

If something is customised or changed from factory then doesnt that make it limited, yes not limited edition released, but limited in the fact that there isnt many like it as its been changed by the individual.

its like me selling my car with a different colour bonnet . '1 of 1 renault megane ', just doesnt work i am afraid.

selling guns with different accents doesnt make it 1 of 1 , means you just havent seen anyone with your style and the amount of guns out there , i bet you someone would of thought the same so how can you garuntee that there is no other in the world ???? you cant, but genuine 1 of 1 from factorys can be proven.. 1of1 should come from the factory, not from some person putting a crayon to there marker.

my point for this was, in effect its false advertising to sell it as such?!

ok if someone like it fine they wanna buy it no problem, but it might suck someone into parting with more money than before under false pretences!

Then surely the moral of the story is to do your homework before parting with any 'hard earned'. In my opinion if someone is after a '1 of 1' or unique marker then they are pretty likely to know what they are looking for any way and you would think, are there for not likely to have the wool pulled so to speak.

If my gat has a cuffin great scratch down the side then in essence it is a '1 of 1'...but not worth a penny extra. Its a buyers market so my advice would be to do a bit of research if you want something special. You are less likely to be 'duped' then.

In direct answer to the question....I dont think a gat that has had its ccu swapped over as a genuine 1 of 1/RARE marker. But I know better.

If you want a genuine product then do some research befor buying. Ask questions. Look at pictures. As long the seller is honest if asked then it should not be an issue IMO.

To be honest, there should be no issue in just advertising it as what it is, and thats an ego 10 poison with champaign accents CCU kit or custom coloured EGO 10.

Not particularly hard that was it :p

Apologies to those that i have offended i did not realise people would be so upset that i advertised my gun as one of a kind custom.

My interpritation was, that if you cant buy it off the shelf like that then it is custom. If anyone would have asked i would not have claimed it as anything else.

I wouldn't worry about it mate. All down to interpretation. Part swap, anno or laser all customised to a point depends how you look at it. If it was a factory 1 of 1 it would be advertised as that:)
