Why have the USA got P.O.P.S and we haven't

I was doing my usual trawl of the American drivel on PBnation site and noticed in the Ego section that the yanks are talking about being able to buy the new pops system on its own. I though that it was all rubbish so I took myself off to one of a few sites they mentioned, in this case ANSgear.com. Did a search for pops and there it was for $60.

One of the American's boasted he had his and took photos of the packaging. So I thought if.America have theirs then Planet must have them on their site, after a quick rummaged in the AIR and air accessories sections I could only find oops. Did I miss something or are he Americans getting treated to something before us? Will the pops be available in the UK.
