No email yet telling me the name of the case officer dealing with his complaint .... it must have got lost in the cyber-post somewhere ... surely not? ... 
I woudlnt want to see him after this fiasco. Charge him to send it by DHL or private courir, it then avoids the royal mail system thus causing no problems. I woudl meet him unless hes paying your costs to travel to CPPS too?I don't know about posting it Gassy, given the state the postal service is obviously in right now who knows when it might get there
He might be better of meeting me at CPPS to collect it in person

I couldnt help but note the irony in his reply to you Robbo stating you
what a muppet. also if he has been talking to the police , wouldnt he have a case number?
i would of thought, if he had spoke to the police, they would have just said "its a civil matter and nothing to do with us"
not entirely sure about that, but when my house got robbed, they didnt have the time of day to do anything, so cant say they would be sending in C.I.D an so19 to deal with this.
