Now taking bookings for the 2011 season

So on with the new season, as it rapidly aproaches we are now taking bookings and allocating spots in all divisions.

We now ask all teams to confirm there spot in any of there chosen divisions by PM, or email with the foolllowing info:

Captains or contacts full name and address
Contact phone numbers
Email
Team name
and division.

All teams that played last year have been assigned a provisional spot in the divisions they finished in/qualified for so we ask that those spots be confirmed.

All teams have until the 24 Jan to confirm there provisional spot by the above method, and then we can arrange for deposits where necersary. Once the spot is confirmed we will then add you to the list.

All remaining spots will then be offered on a first come first served basis.

Entry fee for 2011.

M7 Race 4 £245 per round with season long confirmation or £275 if booked on a round by round basis,

M5 Formats £195 per round.

M5 Premier Race 2, locked divison limited to 21 teams.

M5 Championship format, semi locked limited to 25 teams per round.

M5 Conference format, limited to 20 teams per round (pending)

Depending on the final demand for the championship and the conference will determine the final structure of these divisions.

The conference is aimed at newer teams so if we have a large number of teams in this format we may split it into an A and B divison within itself.

Im updating the team list as we go now, altough many of you confirmed spots last year we still ask you book in as described above to cement your place.

As you'll see by the list it grows weekely, on friday all the teams that have not contacted and confirmed there spaces will be listed as tbc. If another team comes in wanting the spot it will not be held unless i recieve a booking confirmation.

It is not a PR stunt or bull poo when i say there literally is only a few places left available as well as the few tbc team spots.

So if ya name is not on the list your not booked in

With schedulling tweaks (and not because i did it wrong in the first place) we can now expand the M5 Championship to 25 teams, and still give teams 8 matches per round.

5 Man teams, mate.

Though it's probably a good idea to bring 6 or 7 players, or two lineups of 5.

M7 is based on a 7 man roster playing 5 players per point. We dint actual enforce a roster size, it's down to the individual teams.
M5 is 5 man but you can bring more and rotate players.
