Is this ok for a newb like me?

What part of the sport you looking to play. I.e sup air or in the woods. How often you gonna play and what sort of budget. That will help us give you an honest answer.
Really depends what type of ball you're planning to play and how often. How much have you played before (if at all) and where? All of the kit needed to play can be picked up secondhand on a budget. This often provides better kit (specification-wise) than you could buy new for a similar cost.
My advice would be decide what type of game you want, fix a budget and then shop around.
Going secondhand you'll be able to kit yourself out fully to a good standard for £300-350
By the way many sites offer paint at £25-30 a box as part of a walk-on deal. So buying mail order for a similar price, with the added cost/risk of shipping makes little sense.

pbreview is also a great site to look at for reviews, gives you an overall score on each part of equipment plus all the user reviews you can read, really helped me out when i started.
also dont buy armoured gloves, most of the time the "armour" will get stuck in the trigger frame and not allow you any kind of consistent shooting speed

Thanks for the help guys , to answer Gee Tee's questions about what sort of game etc. I have only played paintball about 2 times and once was about a week ago and the other was about 4 years ago so... I will try to play as often as I can, probably no weekdays and every other saturday and most sundays. I plan to spend no more than £140 but if it's a really good bundle I could probably stretch to £150 but that's only a maybe.
Oh forgot to ask, I probably will do what 3LITE HAX said and buy most paintballs at the place I got to, but where can I find the paintballs on this site?

That is what sup air is, its played as either a normal 5 a side game or a differant version of it called race to '2 or 3 or 4' with the race to 4 being at the highest level of tournament paintball and race to two for the newer teams looking for some action.
Can't really help you out with woodsball sites but there is a woodsball section on the main forum page. If you want to share where you live I'm sure people will be able to help as most of us on here play sup air ball.
Also, with winter approaching, it might be a better idea to save up more money over the 'off season' until about February when things start picking up and your able to do more research into paintball equipment.
Seriously, don't skimp. When I first started out I bought the cheap and nasty stuff to get my started, wasted a good £500 (on a several other guns and hoppers) until i realised that buying something good straight off the bat would have saved me the hassle, time and money.
I hear ETEK's are the way forward, or any good planet eclipse gun bought second hand from this website if you look in the for sale section. The sellers on here have a good rep, but you can always double check on their seller feeckback thread.
If you have any further questions post them up, people are bound to be helpful!
