How does it work paying people through paypal and is it safe?

Ive been using it for years with eBay and never had any problems with it.

Paying people through paypal is much safer than paying through your bank... you just transfer money from your bank to your paypal account.

Think of it like a middle man......you pass you're cash via paypal onto someone else, thus protecting your own bank account information. Once it's set up (takes a couple of weeks) then it's very simple and safe to use.

what if i sent the money via paypal to someone for goggles and he recieved it,
then he doesn't send the goggles to me?
