Was training tonight and my geo seems to be poorly. Must be all the clawing i'm doing. But anyway, every few shots, the ball will just roll out of the barrel, then the next shot will be fine, then it will die again for another shot or two. I've changed the battery, checked the o-rings on the bolt, all seem fine. Anyone know if this is a common problem/easily solved before i send it in to planet?

best speaking to the woody (loki), i had problems with the spool pack on my solenoid when it chewed an oring up... maybe have a look at the bottom of your noid see if you can see an orange oring sticking out any of the gaps, have you checked your back-check ball to make sure its the right size, not dirty etc?

wow wow wow fella don't be taking the thing apart if you haven't just tried kicking the dwell up a couple of notches first. if its got an st kit installed and the dwell hasn't been upped that would be my first attempt. i've notice like most spool valves you can get better performance by sticking the dwell up one or two on cold days and down one or two on hot days, also it could be the recharge on your tank, so stick someone else's tank on and try this first.

if none of these cure the problem move on to the hpr. just un screw it and look at the o ring around the piston, if theres no lube, lube it retry see if that cures it.

I'm guessing i've cured it by now but in the small case its still not very well, i would contact planet or find someone who has experience stripping one. clean the noid without removing the pilot valve (everyone one i've removed has ended up needing to be replaced due to the tiny o rings- you have been warned)

you could also contact the centre of excellence and speak to Mr T as he's very helpful.

and lastly if you've never done any of this before get someone who has to show you because if you kill it you feel more of a d*ck ringing planet saying it was broke and i've broken it more than if you ring them saying my gun is ill.

Upping the dwell to 15 (as well as stripping and cleaning everything) seems to have worked. Cheers fellas.
