No problem, had the same hassles myself last week. It's not Alliance and Leicester is it? Because Santander changed all the sort codes

no something to do with a updated pay poo agreement means i have to confirm my whole account so will take about 7 days to re activate as payments have to be made to my account and then i have to put in all the codes to re establish it
