Just thinking about this the other day. I've got a prochrono with indoor lighting system setup in my attic and use it to chrono my markers after i have stripped them down and cleaned them.

Is this going to far?

I'm also fitting shelving to hold the markers and a work bench next week too

I should point out i do use reballs

The reason i was asking is because i didn't know if i had gone to far with paintballling or not :s

Yeah, reballs in to something soft is really quiet anyway... Just depends how loud your marker is :p

If I had the space, i'd do it xD
I agree if i had a attic ill do it. Its a pain getting on site and spending to long sorting your gun out if there is a issue. Do it all before at home and ur sorted

I would if i could....

In my opinion what you got going on is badass :D, i love tinkering and a chrono range and shelves for bits and pieces would be awsome :D

great idea and if i could i would, but remember that chrono-ing with reballs will not mean you will shoot paint at the same fps on the field, due to reballs being smaller in bore (usually) meaning more air escapes around the ball and therefore the ball travels slower, so for example if your shooting reballs at 295fps be aware that when you walk on to that field with paint in your gun you could be shooting illegaly.

as cook$ said, safety first! :D
