He didn't say so assumed he managed to get it out, so if it's still in, can you get a bit of grip at all when you turn the allen key? If you can just keep turning tiny bits at a time, or ( I font know how deep the screw hole is) put some long nose plyers in and open them up and turn... That's what I'd try...he obviously cant get it out since its rounded..
dont do what liam said.. if so you will wear it down...
try and glue an allen key to the thing... thas what i do..
clean out hte screw as much as possible, clean the bottom of hte allen key as much as possible. buy some JB weld or equivalent (mix it and it turns to steel (in hardness and all other forms of resistance) put hte mixed JB weld on the bottom of the allen key, put the allen key into the screw, let it bond. hopefull the allen key will bond properly and if there isn't anything restricitng the screw, or it wouldn't be hard to turn out if it wasn't broken then you can just turn and pull it out like normal... however you are left with an allen key and screw stuck together...
Perhaps that is better advice I'd just budge it out myself...dont do what liam said.. if so you will wear it down...
