I find myself tempted by the Tech T Hush bolt for the Etek 3.

Now I'm already very happy with the stock set up, however the idea of increased efficiency (more shooting= ) is very appealing.

Do you need to start messing around with settings on the marker etc. or is it just plug/drop in and play?

Does it make a noticeable difference? I play Scenario so more shots per tank would make me a happy bunny.

It's also very shiny....mmmmm shiny.

You swap out the pin, spring and plunger, then put it in as per the old bolt.

You'll have to reduce your HPR to get back under 300fps though.

I saw a 10-15fps increase, so i figure about 3-5% less air per shot = 3-5% more shots.

Rough guess would be up to 50-75 more shots per fill (on a 68/45)

The sound also changes - the pitch is slightly lower - less "cracky", more "thuddy" and the lower HPR reduction lowers the loudness a little as well.
