old school speed ball

some of the younger team members wanted a faster game as we normally play woodsball, so after some deliberation we came up with this simple and cheap idea

we dont have to set up or take down the cover which is an advantage

do you think the bales are spaced out ok ? or a bit too close ?

what do people think ?

That looks quality, old school speedball would probably have the bunkers a bit closer, but I think your layout makes making a move a 50/50 risk making games far more interesting.

we'll be trying it out on this sunday weather permitting!

we wanted it a bit risky moving forward, but weve still got plenty of bales if we need to place the cover closer

Wow... thats messing with my head, they look really small, but then i saw the guy, and now i can decide if they are really big

You want your feild to allow movement so the games dont stagnate, but make the gaps really visible from certain angles...

Looks like there are some nice shooting lanes and nice open space for run throughs (if your brave enough), wouldn't mind tryin that out.
