Test date confirmation

Hi Guys,
Just been reading the UKPSF air bottle testing info and it states....

-----------------------------------------------------------------
FIVE YEARS FOR FULL-FIBRE WRAPPED BOTTLES - EN12245 and Pi certified.

THREE YEARS FOR FULL WRAPPED BOTTLES - HSE-AL-FW2 manufactured before July 2003 then five years after retesting for SCI and Luxfer cylinders

THREE YEARS FOR FULL WRAPPED BOTTLES - HSE-AL-FW1

Problem is how can I tell which category my tank falls into.

I have a 1.1l Smart parts bottle,
Fibre Wrapped
Born 2007/03
Periodic Inspection 2012/03
Final 2022/03
and also a yellow test sticker with 04/05/09

I would put all the codes on here but Im unsure which one will identify which of the above it falls into.

I always thought it they had 5 years tests. Ring lips they should be able to shed some light on it

Angel air sci bottles were 3 year test.

Actual markings may differ due to the specific manufacturer, but this can be used as an initial guide.

The clue is in the two dates highlighted

Born 2007/3 to first periodic 2012/03 = 5 years
