Hi ya'll, I have a Geo2, it's been used in two 3man events and a walkon, I have only cleaned the bolt after every use as thats all thats been needed apart from it's last use. I had to remove the grips (just the rubber one not the whole frame) to clean the back of the trigger and check that there was no paint or debris on the board, there I noticed that the White plastic casing at the rear of the frame was a little wobbly/loose? I'm not a tech so I'm guessing that the casing is to hold the LCD Screen in place? With it been wobbly/loose will I have an issue and does it need to come in for repair? There is very little movement as the board holds it, maybe 1-2mm play either side. There was also a Tiny piece of white plastic drop out when the grips came off that was rattling about which had been in there since I bought it, but thought the sound was just the wires on the grips  (dopey sod ), it measured roughly 2-2.5mm by 0.5mm... I used it all day no problem other than when I had a trip I managed to disconnect the battery and the gun turned off mid game  shortly after I was shot :( (after I cleaned it!)

Thanks in advance and hope it all makes sense :)

Cheers,

Al

The white plastic casing that you refer to simply houses and protects the LCD display. From the sounds of it one of the tabs has broken off the casing hence the slight movement. This will cause you no issue whatsoever as the LCD module is only designed to be replaced if there is a fault; not removed for routine maintenance.
