White Hats LLC, a limited liability company formed in 2010 through the acquisition of the assets and intellectual property holdings of several existing paintball companies has entered into an exclusive arrangement with secured creditors to purchase all of the assets of Smart Parts Inc., including intellectual property, machinery, finished goods and etc.

Doubtful, more like a company spotting investment opportunity, considering how many patents smartparts "owned" in the paintball industry if this company can get itself into the right possition it can sit there milking the royalities from other companys producing guns based on these owned designs.

they are making it out that they intend to continue the smartparts line, and possibly further their line. On top off this they intend to create a healthy relationship between companies and paintballers, which we have never heard before

Wouldn't surprise me if it wasn't the Gardner brother in some guise, and think them sleeves as heroes for saving the company they ran into the ground, or it is going to be some load of back room dealers paintball is so inbred its untrue, this is why i think small/individual people cant get ahead in this business cause its just a old boys club.

mmmm I don't like it when a company uses domains by proxy. They should have there company info as contacts not a screen.
