ion armature/ piston... in desprate need!!!!!!!!

im in desprate need of a armature for my smart parts ion.. i have just brought a virrtue board for my marker and when i installed the armature out of my stock board into my virtue board it stated to leak.. everythings clean inside and looks well but leaks air..

I have had the same problem with an Ion Virtue board. I had to turn the pressure up to get the armature to seal, so i would try the armature back in the original board and see if it seals. if it does then you have two choices, turn the pressure up on the virtue board (dont go to high though, about 200psi) and try and tune the marker to run at this pressure or de-solder the solenoids and swap them over (this will void the warranty on your virtue board though, so you should only do it if you are confident at soldering). You should post on the tech troubles and see if anyone else can help.

it seems that alot of people have the same problem.. it seems to ok at the moment but still leaking slightly. ill have a look at swapping the solenoid over.. thanks alot for the information..
