empire prophecy wont turn off

hi i am wondering if any one knows why this is happing.
i was using it at the weekend it was fine for most of the day then it died, i went to change the bat and it would no longer turn off, every time the bat touches the connections it starts to run it is only bout 5 months old, and has had maby round 5 boxes tru it.

any ideas???

Try turning it off with a hammer! I know this is going to sound silly and possibly a little patronising but have you tried pressing the power button while putting the batteries in?

i have yes the prophecy has a toggle switch for on and off, so no need to press it down. when its in off none of the lights come on the the motor is still running at full speed

Sounds like Your board has died im afraid. When the reloader boards die, they do the same thing. Just spin the motor all the time.

The empire boards are very cheaply made sadly.

If it is the board, and it is dead, contact whomever you purchased it from as KEE will stand by all of their products, and no doubt something can be done to help you.
