Tippman Challenge UK Questions

Hello one and all!

I`ve been playing paintball for many years but this will be my first big event= The Tippman Challenge.

I basically wondered if everyone can give me some advice about the day.

Something important I need to know is about paint, does anyone recommend anywhere for good deals on paint, I will be bringing a few friends and we want to get 2000 each probs, so is there anywhere worth going where u can get 4 for 3 etc etc? Just any ideas on this would help.

Also just any general tips for the day, getting there etc.

I assume they have lockers to safely store things too ?

There are vendors at scenario events selling a variety of paintball kit and paintballs. i haven't personally seen any 3 for 2 or anything but paint is usually around the £30 quid mark.

There isn't any lockers for your kit and in my expeireince you will not need one .I openly leave kit in the safezone that has a quiet large value attached to it as does every pballer i play with.

I got an email back from them, and they`ve said that there IS gonna be lockers so I`m happy bout that, I`m just very security consiece, kinda gotta be where I live =(

They also said paint boxes will be available at £25+ , so you reckon I should just buy it there? What paint would u recommend for a near enuf stock Tippman98?

And my friends will be on rental so they will be using the rusty Site guns.

Hi chap as stated paint starts at £25

I normaly take my dye navigator bag paintballing and i take some suit case locks with me if i'm bothered about dodge people.

I'll also be taking some proto paint with me at least 4k of balls. I know i'll run out so taking extra £ with me just incase.

If your going for 2 days trust me chap you'll need more than 2k.

It's true - Paint will be at £25.00 per case of 2000. We will probably also have a more expensive grade of paint available aswell. This will all be fresh paint delivered the day before, stored at correct temperatures over night and bought up to the site for you to use ! It will be perfect for Tippmans and any other make of marker to be fair

The site guns are not rusty however. They will fire at your standard 2-3 balls per second and keep up with / be as accurate as a tippman 98. When you are done with knocking the merry hell out of them and abusing them, they will be stripped, cleaned, reassembled and tested that evening as they are any other time they are used. ....Hmmmph.
