shouldnt be needed ... you get shot out of the game you go to the pits.... not u take a bounce ... then speak to the ref while walking the full length of the field to shoot the other team in the back ...... even re reading this it sounds like a complete joke

I saw alot of sportsman like conduct this weekend, which was great to see and also shows the team are making a name for themselves and earning some well earned respect...

Members of Charms, Method and Disruption all kindly offered Geo's for our games as we were running a bit short on guns.

Not to mention the endless amount of assistance received from teams in the pits and with coaching.

Its all good to see and much appreciated - thanks to those of you involved.

As for the dead mans walks - its frustrating but avoidable if you just blast the face off anyone walking without hand on head - especially if french! :D

Thats why it was banned though (at least at domestic level) years ago. You can't have people complaining about bonus balling if dead mans is allowed. To stop people using the 'I thought he may have been doing the dead mans' excuse for why they had overshot someone it was banned and rightfully so!

I agree - but it happens. Fortunately we had one of the head refs come over before one of our games and just said that if you see anyone walking without hand - shoot them until they do as they had trouble with dead mans walks.. - So we did :D

I'm not surprised at all those guys were extremely sportsmanlike ... you had Ledz, Mark Toye, Jack Wood and Bowen, all of them members of the original Nexus team in 03; a team that refused to have anything to do with cheat markers and I can honestly say that when we were playing against the all top US teams in the NPPL in 03-04, we were more than likely to be the only team that didn't have cheats on our markers ... and we still got ranked 7th overall in the world in that year.... not bad for a fair playing Brit team abroad ..... all credit to Bo, Ledz , Mark and Jack .... those guys played ball as it should be played, hard and fair !!!

It seems ironic to me that this recent gesture from Ledz and Co bought the behaviour of the present teams and individuals into such a stark contrast.
