Hi,

Just looking for a bit of advice on getting a new hopper as my VLocity has a broken shell. I only use an proto SLG marker so their is no need for a DYE Rotor.

I was looking at the following hoppers:
VLocity Junior
Invert Halo TOO Loader
Empire Magna Loader

Not really sure which would benifit my marker best. I was leaning more towards Empire Magna Loader.

Any advice would be sweet.

It does'nt matter what marker you use, its down to reliability and ease of use, and the Rotor has been proven that already. Plus the added bonus of just 3 AA batteries which will last for many cases of paint.

^ Listen to that man.

The Rotor is probbaly the simplest loader out, can take apart in seconds. I've seen players take them apart in game that's how quick they are. And are very easy to maintain + can take a beating. Billy Wing did a video even though most of that stuff wouldn't happen on the field its still nice to know your loader will with stand what nature throws at it.

I'd say Rotor or Prophecy. depending on your budget.
Magna loader
Halo
There ok too most if not every loader will work on nearly every gun.

/\ What they said. I didn't think I needed a Rotor, until I borrowed one. I can totally strip it and rebuild in seconds, and have done so mid game! It uses hardly any batteries - I've played several events on the set it came with - and tyou'll never have to spend half an hour with a screwdriver if paint breaks inside it.

I absolutely despise taking apart my ReloaderB
:tsk:
You spend a good amount of time taking it apart and struggling to put it back together.

Aaaaand then taking it apart again because you've found that the nut that keeps the battery door in place has fallen out without you noticing, aaaaaand then putting it back together again.

Toolless disassembly sure sounded like heaven yesterday, when I had two of 'em open on the table. Screws and nuts going missing everywhere, piecing together things that don't seem to fit, trapping wires and attempting to get the battery door on when the battery pack is obviously too big. Guh.

Out of the ones you've listed, the Invert Too is probably the best bang for buck. It'd probably suit your needs just fine, but once you get around to actually taking apart your loader you'll see what the fuss is about.

if your a tight wad like me and you can find one in good condition the Evoloution Egg. Mine is 5 years old and I wouldn't use anything else after trying other hoppers that failed at the most vital moments. So it takes 2 9v and the battery door breaks every 2 years but I love it.
