Hello.

Recently bought a DM7 off this forum.

Decided the open up the gun and lube it before this weekend, Followed a video showing how to dissemble gun.

In the description of the gun when i bought it was 'Back bolt does not screw in all the way but does not effect performance' When re assembling the gun the back bolt does not properly screw into the 'Can'.

Heres a video illustrating the problem.

Am i being stupid or is this shagged?

Thanks in advance!

i know the problem as it was my mate's gun and i identified it;)

and that is what he meant by not screwing in properly and it isn't really a problem as it doesn't effect the running or performing of the gun in the slightest

however if you felt that you needed to get another one then you should contact dye as they probably have some spares

hope thsi helps

yeh, that happens with most spoolies anyway the can is still held in place properly and it still shoots fanominally, if it didn't i would have got a spaire before he sold it

i still don't think that he should have sold it:rolleyes:, he just got atracted to the crome like a moth to a ligh bulb

if you ever have any further problems then please feel free to pm me and i will help as much as i can:D

they do that. mine is the same. you should be able to push it back as long as no air is in marker. it will also go back when you air marker up.
