I wear a single matress, with the springs removed and 2 medium sized dustbin lids inserted in their place, to attempt to cover my ample chest. Unfortunately this barely protects the areoli of my nipples, but I have been able to sew on an Eclipse patch, which I feel legitimises the whole ensemble.
