Bright green and tournaments?

Im not 100% sure the ruling behind this...

Wanted to know if someone could tell me if your allowed bright green, e.g. i was thinking the full green ICON jersey but is ok to play cpps in for example.

Any infomation would help thanks

I think you're confusing the Millennium with the PSP here!

Though I did see one well known US player wearing a bright orange tall-t undershirt on the CPL field during a D1 game.

yellow has been banned from psp i know that and orange is banned from millenium thats all i know
