I had this problem with a 2010 model. I know what you're talking about.

Basically, occasionally, (about every 6 times i play) it chews an o-ring. No biggy. Just hit the bleed button and you will be able to carry on playing temporarily. As soon as you get back to the safe zone, strip the bolt and replace the o-ring. Takes 30 seconds.

If you get a parts kit (which i would advise with any gun) you'll get like a billion of that o ring anyway.

All payed for :) just got to find a Halo B hopper now haha :D

What other hopper would fit this gun? :)
I would imagine most as they all have a general sizing rule but they do vary....... If the hopper is too big, sand the feedneck down a little. If it's too small, wrap a little tape around it before you put it in.

Or save yourself the effort and get a clamping feedneck

Fair enough :) so any force feed hopper will do the job really?

Any hopper really with a little bit of modding ;)

(but don't hold me to it). I would strongly suggest a clamping feedneck as although virtually every hopper will fit with a bit of modding, they won't hold perfectly.

if you're willing to fork out that much for either one of those hoppers brand new from JustPaintball, you might as well get a 2nd hand Empire prophecy or DYE rotor off these forums for an extra £20-£25 more.

I think Gassy was selling a Prophecy with aluminium feedneck upgrade for £70 quite recently.

Either the Prophecy or Rotor will serve you very well and you wont regret the extra £20 investment.
