Not getting updates via e-mail

Sorry if this has already been posted but I can't seem to get any of my "subscribed updates" via e-mail. It says "receive updates instantly" on the User CP but the updates never show. Please help? Once again I apologize if this has already been posted before as I couldn't find the thread.

Working fine here, is your email correct? have you set the right option in user cp?
