going to get another marker to play with, which would you guys choose?

DP g3 se, or invert mini
You play at Apoc mate?

I know there is a few people with Mini's there... Including me. And I know of atleast one person who uses the G3.

You should just pop down and see if anyone will let you have a go with there marker. Using a marker is the best way to decide if you want one or not :)

Hey buff,

(you know me)

Personally, go for the g3, from what i have seen from other experiance, the mini is just PURE and utter hassle, ask everyone down site and all will say they've had issues with theres, i know woofie and michael currently shoot the g3 and i have played a few days with one and they are quite lush guns for such a price.

And, in a matter of the case of looking good, the g3 wins :)

Mini's are standered hassle from what i've seen.

i'd say g3 just because i've seen a lot less reports of techincal issues with them, plus they have the raps ASA which is sweeeet :D

couple of gd wee features are the asa, feedneck, optical trigger, simple bolt to maintain, carryin hook. tbh i think it looks sexier than the mini as well :p

Yeah, liam is right.

The ASA on the g3 is lush, no twisty knobs to turn just a simple lever.
and

As he has said, a lot less technicle issues with them

The g3 is a great marker as is the mini, but the g3 stock board will NOT go down lower than 12bps so an upgrade board will be needed if playing tournies.
Virtue, ape and 7th element make boards for them.
Kee used to stock G3's and stll keep some spares but if they dont have them you may need to look to the states to get them.

Minis are fully supported in the UK regarding parts and spares and come 10bps ready, Bolter on here is like yoda and will get your mini running perfect with his custom settings. Board upgrades are cheap enough with Tadao boards being sold on here for as little as £25.

Hope this helps

i've got a virtued g3 n 2 minis. i have to say i prefer the g3..its slightly lighter. repairs are very easy to do.. i got the parts kit off us ebay for abt 30 n comes with everything including a solenoid. i dont however like the original triggers on both guns but the mini's trigger is better. the mini asa is a pain too... but straight out of the box, mini is better. with a few mods the g3 can be a lot better and a lot easier to maintain.

* i need to also say that the g3 is loud and does have a little kick....unusual for a spool valve.

foots info really helps, so the g3 is lighter better looking and easier to maintain. but isn't 10.5bps compliant. the mini can be a complete pain but has full uk backup and is tourney ready.
dag namit, why is this so difficult?
