am i aloud to post reviews of paintball sites? also where do i post them on this fourm?

With no disrespect intended, you wish to post interviews of sites?

What are your credentials in terms of conducting these reviews; purely customer based?
Do the sites involved know you are going to write a review of them?

Can we trust the world of someone who wishes to conduct these reviews on sites that could in fact severely affect that site's business [if you give it a bad review] and in terms of harnessing the English language, you haven't yet grasped the difference between the word 'allowed' and 'aloud' .... hardly the recipe for instilling confidence in anybody reading your reviews is it mate?
Still, I look forward to your response and I will try to keep an open mind as to what you might say .....

Well I am very sorry about the "aloud" and "allowed issue....but my mum was walking into the room and I was supposed to be doing revision (my mum hates it when im doing anything other than revision at the time I posted the thread) so i wrote it fast. English is unfortunately my worst subject to date. I was just wanting to write a review on a site that I found to be a bit of a annoyance marshal wise, as the marshal stated very clearly to tell a marshal immediately if a player was wiping, so being the player that I am, I was frustrated with two players constantly wiping, me telling the marshal about a player wiping then resulted in a massive paintball rant directed in my direction because i added about 3 paintballs more to my usual flurry, ranting on about “go back to playing bouncy castles” I then found what the marshal had just said extremely funny and was told if I laughed again I would be black listed. This is the only problem I had with the site, apart from a dozen markers chopping paint from firing about 2 bps. I would give the site a good review on the overall presentation of the place, although the area does not have tanks, planes or any other military equipment it has a authentic of it, it includes bunkers, trenches and all other kinds of war like aspects that I really enjoyed.

Thanks for replying - firstly, the reason you wanted to 'review this site was based upon a personal grievance which is exactly the sort of review that's not fair.

It may well be [with no disrespect intended here] you were party to the problem in that your behavior sparked off this cascade of events, we just don't know.

There are always two sides a story mate, and even though your post may well elicit a response from some of those people involved that answers your grievance, some sh!t will stick in terms of what people will remember.

Reviews need to be done with an independent, non agenda-ridden state of mind otherwise we run the risk of partial interpretations that can really hurt the site in question.

I can understand the need you feel to vent your frustrations if treated badly but I also hope you can understand, from my point of view, it would be foolhardy of me to give a free reign to all and sundry to write so-called 'reviews' when all they really wanna do is get back on the people who they feel did something unjust.

I hope you understand my position here ....

By the way, the thread link below is addressing the question of your proposed idea so you might like to click on it and see what we are doing.

We all have bad experiences of sites, we all have bad experiences of tournaments, we all have bad experiences of guns. Hell, I've had some pretty terrible s**ts. If you wish to complain about it, do so (you already have, other than naming the site) but bear in mind it won't stop anybody palaying there, playing tournaments, shooting guns or having s**ts. What it will do though, is give you a chance to vent your frustrations. So go nuts, just remember to spell everything right, or noone will take any notice. :)
