Where shall I start?

How about the complete lack of refrigerated storage for the paint.

Or the fact that I spent less playing World Cup (sans my Sponsorship deals) than my team mates did playing Turkey. Including flights, accomodation, entry & paint.

Or the lack of Euro Refs at the event. The shortfall made up by thoroughly inexperienced local refs.

It might have been ok for those that want the party atmosphere, but for those that want to play competitive paintball, I consider it to be a joke.

Sorry if that offends you Turgay, but that's my view and I stand by it.

My two cents:

The paint has nothing to do with the event, it's the paint suppliers' problem, but it was still a problem I agree

Entry is the same at every event, paint is the same price at every event, accomodation was definitely cheaper, flights were expensive since the venue was announced late. Also I understand that from some countries the flights were expensive, but think of other teams who pay more to come to some other events, so when you look at the grand total all teams are paying for flights I believe it should be the same. Only this time your end was expensive:) Think of Turkish teams, Russian teams who pay more for flights to come to London or Paris for ex.

Sorry but that is passing the buck in a HUGE way. The reason being, that you are charging CUSTOMERS to attend and they expect everything to be tip top and rightly so. Do you not think that an event organiser should have on his check list 'adequate paint storage and supply' and ensure that those vendors who supplying paint make sure that obligation is fulfilled?

This is a bit like me saying that as an event organiser I don't care what the food is like, how much the prices are etc etc as the catering is nothing to do with me. Frankly, whilst people adopt your attitude things are never going to be equitable for the paying customers

I don't want to be part of a discussion about Turkey anymore.. But please make a list, compare the problems of two events and see which will be efficient for players.

However I should say that I couldn't see any relation with competitive paintball and Malaga event. In fact Turkey was better for competitive paintball as people were discussing about their tactics and games rather than bad weather, bad luck or event cancellation..
