SLG UL woes & NT airport leak

My DYE NT airport has seemingly developed a leak.....it bleeds air from the small pinhole on the underside. Never used to happen before. Any suggestions on how to fix?

Moreover, i've got one of the earlier SLG UL models with the plastic bolt tip. A colleague informed me that DYE are able to source me an all-metal tip due to the fact that the plastic one is prone to snapping off at the threads/shearing. My front bumper o-ring also shears far too often. Apparently, there is an orange one available made from stronger stuff; anyone know where i get get one of these becuase they are not in SLG repair kits.

If so, can i just send in my entire bolt assembly + NT airport for warranty replacement please as i dont have the necessary tools to install the metal bolt tip or take apart the NT airport?

To stop leak in the airport replace 005 o-ring it the smallest yellow one the tool need is part of the allen/tool kit

the bit you remove to get to the oring might just need tightening, but you will need a dye toolkit

i've got the multitool but no replacement o-rings for the NT airport; it was bought as an upgrade for my SLG UL.

i cant get the straight connector off the main body of the airport as the threads appear to have red loctite on them.

downloaded the NT manual but have no idea how to remove the small DYE jewel from the cam lever to get to the inner gubbins. Besides. even if i did get in, i dont have the appropraite o-ring to replace with

Try replacing the bottle o-ring for the UL airport Problem (if you haven't already), thats usually the cause of many a leak from the pin hole on an oops/asa, also saves you stripping the oops unnecessarily untill you are sure it's definatley an oops problem.

if you look in where you screw the bottle theres like a metal disc, you use the little prongy spanner thingy on the multitool to i would try tightening first then if it still leaks you can take it out to get at the oring

bottle o-ring just been replaced; still leaking through pinhole on NT airport.

attempted to tighten the metal disc with the prong tool but the two prongs don't seem to fit too well into the indentations on the metal disc. Any vigourous attempts to get some leverage just starts to strip the indentations.

thanks for the advice thus far although i fear this may be a lost cause, given my limited resources for a DIY fix job.

DYE will be receiving a call from me on Monday morning lol.
