There's the Tachyon XC Micro if you can stretch your budget (£110), or are looking for something other than just paintball:

Waterproof and shockproof, you can use it for scuba diving, kayaking, paintball (comes with specific 'paintball armour' when requested), mountain biking, motor sports - anything you could ever want a helmet or barrel cam for.

If it's just paintball you want it for, then obviously the 15 quid camera would be the best option...

Films in 640x480, uses 2 AAA batteries and an SD card.

Ive got one and the quality is a bit jerky but reasonable, comes with a head strap which you can also use to strap it to your hopper. Wouldn't be too hard to rig up a barrel mount with a bike handle bar mount.
