Straps

Just out of interest would any strap from any type of goggle system fit any goggles ?

(if not any goggles then my JT Flex 8's)

just wondering as a Family member has some nice Oakley straps he's willing to give me.

(reason for asking this question is I don't want to be running the field and my strap comes loose or falls out because it doesn't fit.)

Give it a try, presuming that the Oakley straps have butterfly end, jam them in and then give them some hard tugs, if they dont come back out then they'll be fine.

Just a case of giving it a try and having an ounce of common sense.

Alot of the really retro jt and some of the dragon straps around where originally for MX so there is no reason why you couldn't rock straps from say snowboarding or MTB or MX or what ever so long as they fit securely

Yes but having done Downhill MTB for years before switching to this beauty of a sport I bought a pair of Oakley's and removed the 'Butterfly Ends' there rubber inner flexy material makes them awesome for Oakley's Goggle systems but when remved your left with what is in the 'Stock' JT lens strap but not having done this before I was having second thought's just incase.

This was the plan, but just seeing if it was possible to add the Oakley strap to the mask with the original strap.
