I'm 5' 5'' and they fit my waist fine done up pretty tight... but I do trip over do to the length of them haha!

if your 5' 7'' or taller they'll be a fine fit.

i think xl are the smallest but you can tighten them quite a bit.. also we do have a few dye barrel backs which are .685.. hope this helps.
