Hi mate, i double checked my rotor and it has the batteries velcro straps, but the feeder does not have the "fin". Do you want me to send you a pic with the inside for you to have a look to see if its what you want?
Sorry for the confusion- i saw in your picture that its red, same as mines, and i assumed its the same.
