Zick kit for etek3 LT

I`m probably going to sound a bit thick now but does the etek3 come with a zick kit 2 or is that an upgrade. I`m just about to buy the cure bolt 3+ and the zick 2 if it isn`t already installed.

Also when is the cure bolt 3+ back in stock?
