switch on z2 and intermittant it jams and wont spin just put new board in and new procells but problem pesists anybody had a faulty motor at all? any help welcome

I personally have not had any problems with mine but have been told of a way of resetting to standard factory settings - press and hold the 2 buttons and switch on, hold for approx 10-15 seconds and then I think it flashes purple (i think) and then release and then it should be the standard settings and work fine.

Don't get why a brand new board wouldn't have fixed this then? Obviously no way of checking now but i think the problem may have been that the belt might not have been on the pully properly, or the sprocket not seated properly which would mean the loader would try and spin, but might be slipping.

what i was told by kee was any paint gets on board can cause short circuit. but ill check pulley and belt only sticks intermittant like there maybe a point in the motor that gets stuck was what i was wondering
