z2 issues

Hi guys

Basivally my z2 is acting up and im completely out of ideas. When ìts turned on it spins fine but the second theres any paint in it it eiher wont feed or just consistently reverses as if its trying to clear a jam. Ive tried adjusting the settings to lower spin speed as it was murdering paint before these issues occured. Anyone got any ideas? Ill be up cpps this sunday so does anyone know if a Kee tech will be there?

I seem to remember if you have the loader switched off, hold the 2 buttons and turn it on, leave the buttons depressed for 15-20 seconds and then you get a purple light and then this resets the loader - I think thats what it was anyway !!

Sadly this didnt fix anything sonits going to have to go to kee for a look at
