Yellow Black Events tourni legal or not

Hope posted correct zone, mods feel free to move, so have read mill rules regards yellow but well not that clear,
Player has yellow black events, with orange lens.
Regionals SPL Kitch super fives ect are they ok to be used.
You can still buy orange and yellow lens so clarification appreciated.

The yellow lens you speak of is known to many as amber, like the traffic lights ?
however, Gold is excepted but make sure with the refs are aware of this at the start.
All Paint no matter what the outside colour is has a Yellow fill and for this reason :-
Nothing goes on to the field by a player is to have Yellow on or in it .

As an extra rule this year is about the Jerseys, They must have the Battle-Pack around it , or tucked into your trousers, .. Nothing outside ,
or Loose flopping around your front.= One warning , on the second time , your out !!
