Could it be the end of another super team?

John Richardson and Rusty Glaze – Infamous
David Williamson – Dynasty
Glenn Takamoto – Bushwackers

Bad news for super teams, but good news for Pb in general (I believe)

Cheers

Its not a bad thing. Its about time things got a little bit mixed up. Makes the whole thing much less predictable. Watching the same two or three teams win every event gets a little boring.

Correct me if I am wrong but with American football, the current stronger teams get the slightly less competent players from the colleges and and the teams that have not done so well that season get the best of the bunch.

Weather players switching teams to make it all more even or simply for personal gain is another matter of course....

Close enough. The lowest rated team gets the first choice of the new player intake, followed by the 2nd lowest, and so on. Then when all teams have picked one new player, they start again. Of course in American Football it's complicated by teams trading their pick positions for other favours like the transfer of an existing player!

So i was sort of on the right lines. Thats ok then ;) Well, I cant really see the day that they play Paintball at colleges anyway....

There is a significant collegiate league in the US and I'm pretty sure Chicago could give you the full spec if he sees this thread.

Yeh the College league is huge over in the states and the teams get pretty well funded from what i have heard.

Brum uni got invited over to play one of their events afew years ago, but alas money is a b**ch. Lets just hope the Uk Uni league takes off and reaches the same sort of standard (if only  ). Could help create some real home grown tallent.
