As much as we would love to play the Masters series, I reckon it would only be the odd event as compared to the entire season, purely down to cost. Its a real shame, we had a blast when we were down, but we gotta eat as well! 
In terms of what Div we would play, I think the learning curve from being stomped all over by bigger teams would be useful, so probably Div 1 if there was space
